A great terroir, grapes picked at the right moment, a fermentation and a long ageing in old oak barrels give a beautiful sparkling wine with structure, sharpness and an incomparable fineness. No sugar added, 36 months of aging minimum, you can taste this wine for an aperitive, during the meal or after it.
