A great terroir, some matured grapes, a fermentation and a long aging in old oak barrel to get a beautiful sparkling wine both strong and sharp with an incomparable fineness. No sugar added, 36 months of aging minimum, you can taste this wine for an aperitive, during the meal or after it.
