Notre Méthode - Brut tENDRE

The maturity of the harvested grapes, the small quantity of sugar added and a 24 months aging provide really tiny and meltingly soft bubbles for this wine with strong floral notes. Also available in Brut (dry) and Demi-Sec (off-dry).

  • Harvesting: Mechanical by dry and sunny weather, without sulfur (with biocontrol)
  • Vinification: Thermocontrolated stainless steel tank
  • Aging: Short on fine lees

  • Service temperature: 6-8°C
